What is the best credit card reward / cash back program for buying things off eBay with Paypal?

I buy ALOT from eBay using Paypal, and I'm wondering which credit card offers the best reward (cash back or otherwise) when buying using Paypal. Thanks!

Some credit cards will offer you at the most 2 percent. The ones at 3 percent only last a couple of months then you go back to 1 percent cash back.
